She received no response back from either one, so a week later she sent a letter through their website's contact form relaying the situation and lack of contact. My wife wrote back immediately to the email address and also sent the same response through trip advisor. She received an immediate response from Three Rivers via tripadvisor that said they wanted to make the experience right for us and gave us an email to contact them. After being distracted the entire show by noisy bartender/customers and people entering and exiting the door next to our seats, my wife left a less than flattering review on her trip advisor account. We were very dissatisfied with the assigned seating and being told there were no aisle seats when there were plenty. Three weeks ago my wife and I took her parents to see The Drifters.
